We help students close the gap academically…

If your child is struggling in the classroom, getting support is the best thing you can do for them.

You see the impact—

  • Your child’s confidence is slipping

  • School feels harder than it should

  • Homework takes forever

  • Simple tasks lead to frustration and tears

Despite your best efforts—meeting with teachers, researching solutions, maybe even hiring tutors—progress feels nonexistent.

Meanwhile, other kids seem to keep up effortlessly, while your child falls further behind.

📌 For some students, learning comes naturally.
📌 For others, staying on track requires skills they haven’t been taught yet.

And here’s the hard truth: Without the right intervention, these challenges don’t just “work themselves out.”

Research shows that the gap only widens, making academics, confidence, and future success harder to achieve.

The good news? We can help. The science is clear on the support struggling learners need. Unfortunately, most aren’t getting it.

That’s where we come in.

We know how heartbreaking it is to watch your child struggle. Unfortunately, the more time that passes, the further behind they fall—not just in school, but in confidence, independence, and belief in themselves.

The good news? Struggle doesn’t have to be their story anymore.

How does it work?

We make the process simple and focused on your child’s success. Together, we will -

1. Understand Your Child’s Needs

We start by getting to know your child through family questionnaires, record reviews, and an intake assessment. This will help understand their strengths, challenges, and unique learning style.

2. Create a Personalized Plan

We’ll design a step-by-step plan tailored to address your child’s specific needs and goals. We will go through this with you to ensure everyone is on the same page and has a hand in shaping the goals for the sessions.

3. See the Progress

As we implement the plan, you’ll see your child grow in confidence, skills, and happiness. Our clinicians keep you updated following each session so you always know what your child is working on and how they are progressing.

How is this different from tutoring?

We identify and work on the underlying causes of the learning difficulty instead of working on specific homework or assignments. This allows students to have the strategies to perform better on all their school work now and into the future. We don't provide subject-specific tutoring but rather provide the foundational skills and strategies students need to be able to read, write, and complete academic work effectively to close the gap and provide them with the skills they need for long-term success.

Common Questions

  • We use a combination of standardized assessments and ongoing data tracking to monitor your child’s performance. We adjust our lessons using this information. The data is always shared with you, so you can be assured your child is making growth.

  • Yes! We always believe in a collaborative approach because we know it takes a village. We are happy to meet with your child's school team to coordinate services and make sure your child is getting everything they need to be successful.

  • We don’t travel to homes or schools, we provide services in our Denver-based clinic or online via Zoom.

  • This depends on your availability and current clinician availability. Once you let us know you're interested in working with us, we will send a form where we will collect information about your schedule, as soon as we have a match in your availability and clinician availability we can get you in. If your child has any daytime flexibility, we are usually able to get you right in - if you're looking for after school availability, we typically have a waitlist averaging about 2-3 months.

  • No - take this time for you! We've got everything covered but we will spend the last five minutes of the session with you to review the skills we've covered and provide ways you can support your child at home.

  • Consistent attendance is the key to academic growth, because we only see students a few hours each month, it is critical that they attend all of their sessions. We understand that things come up and so we will do our best to reschedule sessions that you need to miss. We require 24-hours notice prior to any missed session (unless there's an emergency).
